Its a shame, but I think it wont happen for a while.. what I hate most is when you return items to other shops where they insist on a 10~15% re-stocking charge!

Same story with my iphone, just took it in and they just swapped it out for a new one! I just hope more retailers are taking notes.

Apple is not only about the user experience but also customer service!
