Well, it’s my Birthday today – and what do I get? Poor weather here on the island!
Not a lot happened; the last of the attractions I want to see are outside so I’m hoping the weather will improve before I leave.
I tried out a new application on my iPhone today, its a GPS tracker – ha-ha sort of a stalkers delight – check out my route today; you can even see when I took a wrong turn 
I dropped off at one of the bay’s – the weather was lousy for the tourists but for the surfers it was great!
After a quick stop it was off to Ventnor, to have a wander around the shops, and a look at the seafront from another angle.
It started to rain again so I was off again and onto Shanklin where I stopped for an unusual lunch as Alvin’s Waffle House…
… it was an Hawaiian Waffle; savoury obviously with cheese, ham and pineapple – yumyum.
Mooched around and then jumped in the car again to check out to the top of the island before returning to the hotel and tweeting for the remainder of the evening.
