That Starbucks moment

That Starbucks moment
Well here we are again, me and a Starbucks but for a bit of variety with a bit of cheesecake :)

The company has let me down again, back pay from last October still hasnt come through after repeated assurances and promises. Is this really the type of company I want to work for?

Using t9 is slow and painful did I make the right choice?

Day3 – BORING!

Been chatting with Dean at work (he can’t be busy!) said my blog was boring – well to be honest the weather has been totally cr@p – anyhow I bought myself a Nokia n95 yesterday and I’ve been getting used to it…

… not too bad, still unsure about the keyboard (or lack of it), but the push-email seems to be working ok..

Holiday day1

Holiday day1
Popped into Kingston to see what’s new in the Apple store, still contiplating the MacBook option after the success of vmware on the iMac. Although I may wait for the new OS to be released until it buy one.

Also looking at the Nokia n95, I’ve since found out that you can get a email client that accepts push email form Exchange – the only thing that was stopping me. Of course the other issue is the lack of a qwerty keypad, i’d have to revert back to t9 typing.. Bugger, its a tough call…

Amazing short film

Who needs a time machine when all you need is 2 turntables to turn back the clock.

This short film (8:14 ) has won 35 various film festival awards world wide and it’s easy to see why.

Sunday post

200704151932_042a

Decided to go out for a drive, catch the rays – on my way to Littlehampton I enjoyed the sun, and my car came ever closer to nature… A cross between Alfred Hitchcock’s "Birds" and "Watership Down" everyone was out today including the pheasants and the bunnies..

Well time to get a "quality" meal, at a reasonable (hoho) price…

More later perhaps.
