Here we are Christmas again, the past couple of weeks manic preparation have now come to a conclusion, phew!
It’s a strange feeling this year, I’m surrounded by my parents, and my sister in laws parents. They are talking about their lives, their personal health and injuries, which is interesting, but I have not felt so out of place since I was in my teens. My brother is doing his best to entertain me but we are not that close so it’s awkward for both of us..
It’s good to be together, but secretly I’m glad it’s once a year.
